◇ GENERAL ◇

  • A commission may take anywhere from 1 to 3 months to complete.

  • A rush fee will be charged if the given deadline is less than one month from the date the request is sent. (not applicable: squishies)

  • I am currently attending school, as such the days I can work on commissions are limited, so please be patient with me!

  • I will work on my own personal art in between commissions, please do not take me posting non-commission work to mean that I have forgotten about your commission!

  • Complicated designs will be of extra charge.

  • Please do not include NSFW references of the characters you would like me to draw.

  • Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

◇ TERMS OF USE ◇

  • For personal use only. (except Live2D model) Commercial use commissions include an additional commercial fee.(+100%++ of base commission fee)

  • I retain all rights to my work.

  • I have the right to decline any commission.

  • Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

  • Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork, or any of my other artwork for AI art.

  • I may use your commission for my portfolio/ as commission examples on my website.

◇ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ◇

  • Payment is to be made in full after I send the sketch.

  • Payment can be done via Paypal, Ko-Fi or PayLah.

  • No refunds, unless I am unable to complete your request due to my own faults.

  • If the commission is stopped before the colouring phase, only half the price of the commission will be refunded.
